Bihar Medical Services & Infrastructure Corporation Limited (BMSICL)organizes 2nd Partner’s Conclave

BMSICL organized the Second Partner’s Conclave with the support of State Resource Unit, to support Health Department, Govt. of Bihar for ensuring smooth procurement of medicines and equipment’s. This is an innovative platform where BMSICL and Partners from all over the country can sit together and discuss challenges & amp; barriers and

work towards resolving them, this interphase is also used for providing Technical update and government plans for future.


The objective of this conclave is to strengthen the Procurement System and help it to function seamlessly. The conclave was graced by Hon’ble Health Minister, Govt. of Bihar, Principal Secretary, Health, Govt. of Bihar, MD, BMSICL, Delegates from state development partners and representatives from drugs and equipment manufacturing agencies.


Dr. Hemant Shah, chief of lead development partner - Bihar said, 'this kind of programs will help in attaining the goal of strengthening the Health system of the state thereby contributing in making a Healthy and Prosperous Bihar.



Hon’ble Health Minister launched the half yearly Newsletter of BMSICL, which is an innovative initiative from BMSICL to create a knowledge sharing platform with all of their partners. He assured the pharma and medical equipment manufacturing partners that the Govt. of Bihar is continuously working on resolving the challenges faced by the partners. He also welcomed the suggestions given by the delegates to strengthen the procurement system.


'We are not here to count the errors rather we thrive to look for solutions!' Said Mr. Sanjay Kumar, I.A.S, Principal Secretary, Health. Mr. Sanjay Kumar assured the participants of every help and shared his email address too opening a quick way of communication.


Mr. Sanjaya Kumar, I.A.S, Managing Director, BMSICL shared the technical updates with the participants and thanked them for taking active part in this innovative initiative of the state.
